A must have products in our fridge. B complex is a must for me on its own for energy. Calcium + Magesium helps to improve sleep.
Thus must have as “group power” and individual power!
The expiry date is just 5 months away

I bought two sets. The expiry date of the two multivitamin bottles is sept 2023. If I take one cap per day, it will take 6 months to finish( I am having existing bottle to finish) , which may just near to expiry date or past the expiry date.
