How do I use NutriClean® 7-Day Cleansing System?
You need to be sure that you are able to fully commit to the system for seven consecutive days. In the mornings, two hours after your first meal of the day, take two Release tablets (from the blister pack). Also, drink 8 fluid ounces of the NutriClean Advanced Fiber Powder Drink Mix (mixing as directed). Throughout the day, be sure to drink plenty of water and other fluids (a minimum of 32 fl. oz., optimally 64 ounces per day). At bedtime, take the entire contents of one daily packet, which includes two Release tablets and two HepatoCleanse capsules.
