I'm not a big fan of slimming or health supplements, but when I was recommended this tea, I really enjoyed its unique flavour. It has a calming effect, so I've been drinking it every day without fail. After three weeks of daily consumption, I've lost 1 kg, which is no easy feat considering I don't diet or exercise much.
