I engage them when my aircon was leaking, they inspect and find out the root cause promptly.
They told me that my pipping was not installed properly back then, hence recommended us to re-run the pipping again when it leaks again in a few months time.
Decided to just re-run the pipping when minor issue surfaced again within the week (not their fault). Initially they told us the waiting time is about a month, however, they managed to slot in us urgently when one of their client installation date postpone. Hence they came to do our pipping.
The servicemen made the effort to clean up and make sure everything is well before billing. Thumb ups to the team! "
